On Saturday night, Boston’s smart, stylish, and best dressed collegiettes headed into Space 57 to enjoy the first stop of Her Campus’ College Fashion Week and I was lucky enough to be one of those girls. As this was the first fashion show event I have ever attended, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but whatever expectations I had were blown out of the water. There were gorgeous girls everywhere, so many activities to engage in thanks to the sponsors of the event, and fabulous music playing. From the DIY nail bar to the mens acapella group that preformed, everything was perfect. I grabbed myself a glass of wine, met some lovely ladies and headed to the European Wax Center browfection bar.
The European Wax Center was founded a ten years ago on the belief that everyone deserves beautiful and gorgeous skin. Through a four step waxing process, the European Wax Center ensures the most comfortable experience and even believes in this so much that they treat all first-time guests to a free wax!
Although I did not get waxed at the event, EWC did treat me to a browfecting session that they also did with all of the models included in the show! Thanks to the brow powder and shape it, I achieved the most amazing brows that left me feeling confident throughout the night.
Not only does the European Wax Center offer face and body waxing at a very, very broke college student friendly-price, but they also offer a variety of waxing services for the men out there! This part excites me because there’s nothing worse than a gorgeous man with a hairy back. Seriously boys, figure it out.
In addition to the fabulous eye brows I was rewarded with, Simon Malls helped put together a great show by dressing the lovely ladies in this seasons trends including menswear, 70s, and feminine monochromatic. There wasn’t one outfit I didn’t like but there were a couple favorites that really stood out to me (more on these trends later next week!).
If you didn’t get to attend the Boston show, don’t fret! There are shows in New York City (October 10), Washington, D.C. (October 17), and Atlanta (October 24) and you can register here.
Have you ever gotten waxed at a European Wax Center?
