Bacon 'N Egg Breakfast Pizza

Not to toot my own horn, but this breakfast pizza I made was the I knew these were a thing and I’ve had them before, but this wasn’t a breakfast I was planning on making myself (at least, anytime soon) or a breakfast that would actually turn out to be delicious. Basically, it happened something like this: there was no breakfast foods in my house that I liked apart, I had bought stuff to make pizza for dinner (which I didn’t end up making), so I had to free-ball it. Aka where this pizza comes in. And I love pizza, and breakfast, so fingers crossed I like breakfast pizza.

I ended up taking pictures of it before I let anyone in my family eat, just in case it came out good, which it did. The recipe below is how I made it, but feel free to switch up your cheese, meats, add in some veggies, or even add some hot sauce (YUM!). This recipe takes about 5-7 minutes to prepare and about 10-15 minutes to cook in the oven, can feed two people (I shared it with my mom – 2 slices for her, 2 slices for me), and is roughly 600 calories (divided by two, that’s only 300 calories for breakfast!). It was so good and filled me up well past lunch!

      IT WAS YUM! I made regular ones last night for dinner (sausage pepper and onion, bacon and pepperoni, and bacon pepperoni and sausage) and they were so good! These pizza crusts are the best!

    OMG this looks so good! I might try this and it sounds relatively easy. I’ve been thinking of ways to surprise the BF instead of the requisite eggs and bacon haha, this would be pretty impressive. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

    OMG this looks so good. I love breakfast pizza from Casey’s in Iowa, but they don’t have them where I live now! This looks like the perfect substitute!

      I’ve never had it out at a restaurant, but my college had it in the dining hall sometimes! I can’t wait to try different ingredients (maybe some peppers and sausage!).

      It was SO yummy! And the whole pizza is only around 600 calories so once you split it up (I ate half) it’s not a bad breakfast at all! Especially if you’re watching your diet (it’s filling, too!)
